Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento

Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress who was born in Berkeley on the 1st October 1996. She is known as an actor in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2007) as well as Chrissie Mayr's Content House 2022.

Asia Argento was raised in Rome by an film and actor family. The two professions she chose to pursue were herself. The actress first made her debut in film when she was nine years old in Sergio Citti's Sogni bisogni. At the age of eighteen, she was the star of Cristina Comencini's Zoo and part of Michele Soavi's The Church. She played Nanni's daughter the next the following year on Red Wood Pigeon. In 1993, she was a co-star in Carlo Verdones Perdiamoci di vista where she performed the role of Arianna who was a physical challenged woman. It was a complex role and demanding, earning recognition from David di Donatello as best actress. She was a part of Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio with Michel Piccoli, which won her a David di Donatello and the Grolla oro. Asia's first short film was an episode in the De Generazione movie. Two years following, Asia became a director and made two more films. The first, AbelAsia a tribute to her dad. In 1999 Asia made her feature-directing debut by directing Scarlet Diva where she played the lead actor and wrote the screenplay. In May 2000, the film was screened across the globe. The Williamsburg Film festival held in Brooklyn, New York awarded the film with a prize.
